While our formal journey began in 2022, the roots of our vision and commitment stretch back further in our family's history. Raised by a firefighter father who instilled the importance of community support and a mother who emphasized making the world a better place, we initiated our mission by coaching young baseball players in our local community, focusing on teaching them the fundamentals of the game.
Over time, our scope expanded as we engaged in various fundraisers, collecting and donating old hockey equipment and winter jackets to those in need. Our desire to do more and extend our reach beyond our immediate community led us to embrace technology. Our father, an entrepreneur since 2005, shared the challenges and rewards of business ownership, including his experience as an early online influencer, long before the term gained popularity. He emphasized the difficulty of gaining recognition in a competitive landscape.
Motivated to support both small businesses and emerging influencers without imposing fees, we devised a collaborative approach that would benefit both parties. With the involvement of our father and his network, we began providing free services, thereby forming Grivor GT. Our organization now combines offline efforts to support local communities with online initiatives aimed at empowering small businesses and influencers to thrive.
